Join Our Outpatient Neurology Practice

Become a part of our fully outpatient Neurology practice located in the award-winning Saratoga Springs. Our team consists of two seasoned neurologists—one specializing in Epilepsy and the other in Movement Disorders—along with a recently added Advanced Practice Provider. We are looking for a Neurologist who is focused on treating general Neurology patients, with a particular interest in neuromuscular conditions being highly valued. A candidate proficient in electrodiagnostic testing can anticipate establishing a thriving practice.

Our organization also provides an inpatient service, featuring one Neurologist who leads the Stroke program and manages consultations. We are actively seeking an additional Stroke Neurologist/Hospitalist for a summer 2026 position within this service. Interested candidates are encouraged to reach out for more information.

Rehabilitation services encompass a wide range of inpatient and outpatient options across multiple locations, such as:

• Physical Therapy (PT)
• Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Speech therapy
• Videofluoroscopy for swallowing function
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Specialty programs

We also feature an outpatient infusion center, advanced imaging services (including 3T MRI), and laboratory facilities at our Wilton Medical Arts and Malta Medical Park locations, which also house a second infusion center and our largest outpatient Regional Therapy Center.

Our practice utilizes EPIC EMR for efficient patient management. Additional neurological subspecialists are accessible through our affiliate academic medical center located in nearby Albany.

• Annual salary ranging from $300K to $350K, with eligibility for an incentive bonus
