INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT SPECIALIST , Laboratory for Nuclear Science, provides direct desktop and end-user technology support for the two LNS facilities in Cambridge and Middleton and is responsible for analyzing and resolving Information Technology (IT) hardware, software, network, and security issues on a day-to-day basis and serving as the primary user-facing contact for assigned incidents and service requests.
