Call in the future may be required.* Required Travel: Possible travel to Elmhurst Specialty Clinic may be required.* Outpatient role **Job Description:**Exciting opportunity to Join Endeavor Health’s **Center for Cardiac Health–Heart Failure** team in an autonomous role delivering patient-centered care to high-acuity patients under the direction of a collaborating physician!
