Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale and complex strategic change and regulatory initiatives within Capital Markets (CM) and Quantitative & Technology Services (QTS) .

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities across cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, scope, and budget. The candidate will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders and ensure project deliverables align with Capital Markets and QTS strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 8 9+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets across IT or business functions.
• Experience managing large-scale ($5M+) strategic change and regulatory initiatives .
• Strong understanding of SDLC .
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally Central.
• Domain expertise in one or more asset classes: Rates, Credit, or Equities .
• Knowledge of Front-to-Back Capital Markets functions such as Front Office, Trade Capture, Pricing, Trading Risk/P&L, Operations, Product Control, Market Risk, or Credit Risk.
• Strong analytical, structured, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience working with Director- and Managing Director-level stakeholders across IT and business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint .
• Nice to have: Big Four consulting experience and/or PMP/PgMP certification.
