We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiries Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies Maintain a clean and orderly reception area Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the specified hours
