Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract (potential to convert to permanent)
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off - 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This role is an industrial maintenance position supporting a facility in Iron Station, NC. The candidate will work mostly independently, monitoring machinery, controls, and sensors, reporting issues, and assisting with basic machinery changeouts or fixes as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Any applicable maintenance licenses or certifications (a plus - none required)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Industrial maintenance facility environment
• Candidate will work mostly independently
• Rotating shift schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off - 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Overtime expectations apply
• Background check with drug screen required (CBRE Safety Specific package)

• Interview process: 1st round phone screen; 2nd round in-person with site tour
• This position has potential to convert to a permanent full-time role
