Manufacturing Technician Maintenance Technician

Location: Mount Holly, NC Company: American & Efird (A&E) Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Hours: 12 Hr. Night Shift, rotating schedule, must train on 1st shift Pay Rate: $19.50

Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the machines used to manufacture textile products such as thread, yarn, fabric, and industrial fibers.

What You'll Do:

• Perform and troubleshoot preventative maintenance on textile machinery
• Replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, gears, sensors and motors
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and management personnel.
