Outbound Growth Specialist: Meetings & Pipeline

Ellerbrock-Norris is looking for a Business Developer to support growth across the company by helping generate new business opportunities and getting meetings in front of our Risk Advisors. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting and relationship-building. You’ll spend a large part of your day making calls, reaching out to businesses, and finding opportunities to connect with decision-makers. The role is a good fit for someone who is competitive, disciplined, coachable, and comfortable communicating with people. You do not need prior insurance or financial industry experience. What You’ll Do Prospect outbound through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking Set meetings with business owners and company leaders Attend meetings alongside strategists when needed Build and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot Stay organized around follow-up and outreach activity Work closely with leadership and marketing on growth initiatives What We’re Looking For Comfortable making outbound calls consistently Self-motivated and accountable Organized and dependable Able to take feedback and improve quickly Prior sales, recruiting, customer service, athletics, or other relationship-based experience is helpful, but not required Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary + bonus structure Strong earning potential tied to performance Full benefits package Long-term growth opportunities within the company This is an in-office role based in Omaha.
