Description

Position Summary
The professional Occupational Therapist is essential to the function of the rehabilitation services department, by providing Occupational Therapy services to populations that range from neo-nate to geriatrics. The Occupational Therapist contributes to service line improvement projects, and conducts work activities according to departmental policy and procedure. Position Requirements

EDUCATION
Ability to obtain a South Carolina License.

EXPERIENCE
No experience required; however 1-2 years of related experience preferred

JOB KNOWLEDGE; SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Good Communication Skills, experience with inter -disciplinary team work and good organizational skills. The clinician must have
knowledge and skills to provide and/or care for the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Must be a licensed occupational therapist in the state of South Carolina. BLS certification required prior to first clinical shift (must be issued by the American Heart Association).

Review of Fire/Safety/Disaster Plan - Annual
