Meineke Car Care Center in Hurst is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, communicating clearly, staying organized, and learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide an excellent experience
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and prepare estimates
• Explain recommended services clearly and professionally
• Provide customers with repair-status updates
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with technicians and management

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable using computers
• Willingness to learn about automotive services
• Sales or front-desk experience is a plus
