Residential Living Assistant

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Residential Living Assistant to support students in a structured, home-like environment. In this on-campus role, you’ll supervise and mentor children, reinforce routines, and promote social, emotional, and academic development. Working closely with educators and houseparents, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing community aligned with MHS’s mission of holistic education and personal growth for every student.
