Position Overview

Supports freight movement by coordinating routes, updating shipment activity, and maintaining organized dispatch workflows. This role works closely with operations teams to help ensure loads move efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipment assignments
Update routing changes and delivery progress
Maintain dispatch records and operational notes
Communicate status updates to internal contacts
Monitor timelines and report delays
Assist with workflow accuracy and task completion

Qualifications

Strong communication abilities
Basic computer and data entry skills
Organized and detail-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Reliable follow-through on procedures
Experience is optional

Work Environment

Structured logistics setting focused on communication, shipment visibility, and daily workflow coordination.
