Your future role at a glance Location: Destin, FL Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast Department: Employee Education Schedule: Day | Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Assess, plan, and evaluate clinical educational activities across the continuum of care, serving as a strategic consultant for nursing performance initiatives and competency-based programming. Partner with organizational leaders and clinical staff to identify educational gaps and develop multi-faceted plans that address both core nursing competencies and specialized clinical needs. Analyze, design, and implement Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs, utilizing precise measurement tools and data-driven methods to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and clinical outcomes. Manage and oversee competency standards for inter-professional programs, ensuring all clinical staff practice at the highest extent of their licensure while maintaining organizational compliance. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience Required professional licensure at time of hire.
