PRN Float Pool RN Job Tracking ID : 513042-912706 Job Location : Niles, OH Job Level : Entry Level (less than 2 years) We are actively looking to grow our PRN Float Pool with dedicated, qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least 6 months of experience. Long‑term care experience is preferred but flexible for the right candidate. Our standardized rate for our Float Pool RNs is $45.00 per hour. LPNs may also be considered at a $33.00 per hour rate pending they meet all additional criteria listed below in addition to the experience requirement. As a member of our PRN Float Pool, you will travel to our Long‑term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted Living facilities in the area to cover open shifts. The facilities within our Northern region include: CHS of Boardman - Youngstown, OH CHS of Lisbon - Lisbon, OH CHS of Niles - Niles, OH Continuing Healthcare at The Ridge - Mineral Ridge, OH Victoria House Assisted Living - Austintown, OH The Suites at Continuing Healthcare of Niles - Niles, OH. To remain active in the PRN Float Pool you must meet the following criteria:

• Work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Work at a minimum of 2 buildings per month
• At least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month
• At least one summer and one winter holiday shift per year

Experience and Skills Must have valid RN licensure in good standing with the State of Ohio. Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long‑term care facility, but new graduates will be considered. Must be able to work as a team and have knowledge of medication administration, treatments, and overall processes in a long‑term care facility.
