Overnight Production Supervisor, Lean & Safety Focus

Circle Beverage in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift and drive continuous improvement on the floor. You will work hands-on with a team of direct reports and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency to meet Circle's metrics. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of direct reports supervision in a food or beverage setting and strong CI experience, with Lean/Six Sigma certifications viewed as a plus.
