Project Manager

They not only do the work — they uplift the team. About the Role Lead full project lifecycles — from design through commissioning — in high paced settings. Approximately 30% travel required. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules (CPM, resource leveling, lookahead) Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders Lead teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders — ensuring collaboration, quality, and alignment Drive BIM workflows for coordination, clash detection, and model integrity Use Procore for submittals, RFIs, logs, documentation, and reporting Leverage Procore Pay(or equivalent ERP) for cost integration, change management, and financial reporting Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership Qualifications 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related fields, or related experience Required Skills Hands-on working knowledge of BIM, Procore, Vista or comparable construction management software Advanced scheduling skills (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost controls Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management Preferred Skills Experience in restaurant, retail or entertainment sector preferred Pay range and compensation package At MAPP, we believe our people are our greatest investment.
