Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.Visit us at UST.com.You Are:UST is searching for a Technical Project Manager who will lead end-to-end infrastructure activities for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.The opportunity:· Project Leadership & Delivery:· Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, SAP Basis, Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams· Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget· Infrastructure Management:· Plan and oversee infrastructure readiness for SAP S/4HANA environments· Manage server, storage, network, database, and cloud infrastructure requirements· Coordinate provisioning and configuration of development, testing, staging, and production environments· Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities· SAP S/4HANA Migration Support:· Support migration strategies including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid approaches· Coordinate SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities· Manage infrastructure cutover planning, system upgrades, and environment refreshes· Drive technical readiness assessments and migration rehearsals· Cloud & Security Management:· Collaborate with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hosting and migration activities· Ensure infrastructure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements· Coordinate identity and access management, backup, recovery, and cybersecurity controls· Risk & Stakeholder Management:· Identify and mitigate project risks and infrastructure dependencies· Provide regular status reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders· Facilitate steering committee meetings and technical governance reviews· Manage vendor relationships and service delivery commitmentsThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field· 8+ years of Project Management experience with enterprise infrastructure programs· 5+ years of experience delivering SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations· Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration· Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Architecture· Strong understanding of HANA Database Platforms· Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Cloud Services· Strong understanding of Network and Security Architecture· Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills· Preferred Expertise:· Hands-on experience managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for enterprise migrations· Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid SAP migration approaches· Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and cybersecurity controls· Experience leading technical governance and steering committee reviews· Vendor management and third-party service delivery coordination· Infrastructure compliance and regulatory requirement managementCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Role Location: Dallas, TexasCompensation Range: $102,000-$153,000BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching.
