Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 3 + years of experience in both commercial and residential transactions to join a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on high-quality legal services and client success. Responsibilities: Manage commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents Negotiate and draft commercial loan documents for real estate finance and related transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions Represent clients in negotiations and closings Handle commercial leasing matters Qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record Member in good standing of the Florida Bar 3+ years of experience in real estate law, focusing on transactional work Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
