Tustin Mazda is looking for a dynamic, hard-charging, highly organized Internet Sales Manager who wants to perform, grow, and build a career with one of California’s most accomplished Mazda dealerships.

• Respond quickly — speed-to-lead matters

• Personalize communication rather than relying exclusively on templates
• Ask great questions and uncover customer needs
• Create urgency without unnecessary pressure
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized sales pipeline
• Complete CRM tasks consistently and on time
• Keep accurate customer notes
• Know their numbers and take ownership of their results
• Work effectively with managers and the entire sales team
• Follow proven processes while remaining flexible
• Continuously develop their sales and communication skills
• Treat every lead as a real opportunity

• 38 – 45 hour work week.

The Salesperson - Retail Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $55.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
