Sr Scrum Master

Sr Scrum MastersA Mindlance client is looking for (2) Sr Scrum Masters to support Digital Transformation Programs. Your responsibilities include:Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups).Managing and verifying the product backlog.Tracking Agile metrics and identifying/resolving impediments.Analyzing performance data and automating workflows.Overseeing key team activities, including:Threat evaluation and system performance assessments.Mentoring team members, removing roadblocks, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.Supporting proposal efforts and managing team financial planning.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.Experience leading a technical effort.Experience in overseeing and/or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.Qualifications We PreferExcellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements.Experience with Python scripting.Experience with Production Planning activities.Experience supporting hiring activities, including interviews and staff planning.Familiarity with Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) and CMMI-compliant Gate Reviews, (particularly associated with SRR, PDR and CDR).Agile Scrum methodologies and related practices.Proven experience leading programs with specific experience in large, complex systems.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements.Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and metrics.Benefits:Health insurance401(k)
