The Cooperative Finance Association (CFA), the nation's leading cooperatively owned provider of crop input finance products, is seeking an Account Resolution Coordinator to support the team responsible for resolving outstanding accounts. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating details, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and helping teammates and customers stay informed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate workflow tracking for outstanding accounts, action plans, follow-up items, and key deadlines.
• Maintain account resolution logs, correspondence, supporting documentation, templates, and confidential records.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting agendas and notes, action-item trackers, recurring reports, and portfolio tracking tools.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting information, including metrics, trends, and loss mitigation activities.
• Reconcile and validate information across systems, spreadsheets, and reports to support accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate communications and follow-up with dealers, field staff, internal teams, and other stakeholders, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
• Support account reviews, audits, record retention, procedure updates, special projects, and process improvement efforts.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Associate's degree preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred for candidates with limited related experience; equivalent experience or specialized training will be considered.
• Related experience in administrative support, operations coordination, account servicing, credit administration, lending operations, banking, finance, collections, and customer service.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, customer service, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and handle confidential credit and account information with discretion.

Requirements:

LEVEL OF OPPORTUNITY

Entry Level: 0–5 years of related experience. Supports documentation, reporting, workflow tracking, scheduling, and customer service within established procedures.

Experienced: 5+ years of related experience. Provides advanced coordination with greater independence and judgment and serves as a resource for reporting, workflow management, process improvement, and complex account tracking.

Travel: Up to 5% day travel and up to 5% overnight travel.
