We’re working with a growing organization to add a Senior SEO Manager who will own and scale organic search strategy across a multi-market footprint. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting overall demand generation efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead enterprise SEO strategy across national and regional markets
• Own technical SEO initiatives (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, site speed, etc.)
• Partner with web and engineering teams to implement best practices, including Core Web Vitals and structured data
• Drive keyword strategy and content direction aligned to search intent
• Oversee local SEO efforts to improve visibility across multiple markets
• Establish and track SEO performance metrics , identifying opportunities to optimize growth
• Analyze performance trends and implement data-driven improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with paid search, analytics, and content teams

What They’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in SEO (technical + content)
• Experience managing SEO for large-scale or multi-location websites
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies
• Ability to turn search data into actionable insights and strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with leading SEO tools and platforms
• Familiarity with large CMS environments and templated page structures
• Background managing local SEO programs at scale
