Marketing & Business Growth Coordinator

Part-Time | 20–25 Hours/Week | Potential to Grow to Full-Time
Local/Hybrid Preferred | Remote Candidates Considered

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and business-minded  Marketing & Business Growth Coordinator to work directly with the CEO in growing a portfolio of businesses across healthcare, insurance, financial services, education, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

This is  not simply a social media or administrative position. The primary focus of this role is  marketing, brand growth, content creation, graphic design, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has strong marketing and design skills, understands today's social media landscape, and knows how to use  AI and modern digital tools to create, improve, and scale marketing efforts. We want someone who can bring ideas to the table and help turn those ideas into campaigns and content that generate engagement, leads, clients, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing, social media, content, and growth strategies across multiple brands
• Create marketing campaigns designed to generate engagement, leads, clients, and revenue
• Design professional graphics, social media content, promotional materials, and branded assets
• Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create, record, and edit short-form video, Reels, and other digital content
• Generate creative concepts, content ideas, promotions, and launch strategies
• Use  AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, ideation, copywriting, design, automation, and workflow efficiency
• Help transform the Founder/CEO's ideas, expertise, and business activities into engaging content
• Assist with content shoots, including recording and identifying appropriate locations, settings, and concepts
• Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion
• Support launches of new businesses, services, courses, programs, and events
• As the role develops, assist with selected business projects, operations, recruiting, and other growth initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in  marketing, digital marketing, social media strategy, or content marketing
• Strong  graphic design, branding, and visual/aesthetic skills
• Ability to create high-quality graphics and marketing materials
• Experience creating and editing social media and short-form video content
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, content formats, and audience behavior
• Experience using  AI tools as part of marketing and creative workflows
• Ability to think strategically about how marketing translates into  leads, customers, and business growth
• Creative, proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working closely with a CEO and turning vision and ideas into execution

Preferred, But Not Required

Experience with  business operations, recruiting, hiring, project management, CRM systems, email marketing, digital advertising, or administrative/executive support is a plus, but  not required .

We are willing to teach the right candidate these areas. What matters most is that you are  teachable, eager to learn, interested in business and entrepreneurship, and excited about expanding beyond marketing as you grow in the role.

Schedule & Growth Opportunity

The position will initially be approximately 20–25 hours per week , with the potential to expand into a  full-time role within 60–90 days based on performance, fit, and business needs.

A  local candidate is preferred because the role may include recording content, assisting with photoshoots, attending events, and other in-person projects. However, exceptional remote candidates will be considered.

Marketing and design experience are essential for this position. We are especially interested in candidates who are creative, growth-minded, comfortable using AI, love building businesses and brands, and bring ideas—not just someone waiting to be told what to post.
