Lead and scale marketing across a growing portfolio of home services brands

Intermountain Home Services is a growing platform of trusted HVAC, plumbing, and electrical brands across the Intermountain West. We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our full-stack demand generation and field marketing efforts. You’ll lead a team, partner with our Director of Brand & Creative, and play a key role in scaling marketing as we grow to $250 million in revenue and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Lead marketing planning, budgeting, and execution across all brands, aligned with branch leadership and company growth and EBITDA goals
• Own demand generation across paid media, SEO, email, and marketing automation, optimizing for conversion, cost efficiency, and ROAS
• Run local marketing, including direct mail, truck wraps, yard signs, social media, community presence, and events
• Manage, mentor, and develop your team, holding them accountable to lead volume, revenue, and budget goals
• Own marketing KPIs and reporting, lead monthly and quarterly report‑outs to leadership, and support board deck creation
• Maximize our tech stack, including ServiceTitan, Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, and SEMrush
• Own agency and vendor relationships, and hold partners accountable to goals, SLAs, and budgets
• Partner with operations, rev ops, the call center, branch leaders, IT, HR, and accounting to drive efficient growth

Requirements

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years leading people
• Full-stack marketing experience in multi‑location or multi‑brand seasonal B2C services
• A proven record of owning demand generation and lead volume across paid, SEO, email, and automation
• A hands‑on leader with a track record of leading high‑performing, engaged teams
• Data fluency and strong storytelling skills, including attribution, revenue reporting, and ROI/ROAS analysis
• Experience managing multi‑channel budgets, agencies, and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Strongly preferred: experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and ServiceTitan or a similar CRM.
