SHIPPING/RECEIVING CLERK

Shipping And Receiving ClerkCustom Truck One Source is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk with experience in warehousing, inventory, parts and receiving experience. Heavy and light-duty truck and equipment knowledge preferred. The role demands high safety standards, accuracy, and productivity. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in warehousing, inventory, parts and receiving.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesReceive and inventory parts kits of delivered equipment.Verify and record product details in the MRP system.Communicate discrepancies via email and photo documentation.Track and manage discrepancies as they progress.Coordinate with Engineering teams on issues and parts verification.Label, move, and manage inventoried and non-inventoried parts.Keep the warehouse organized, clean and efficient.Perform clerical tasks.Coordinate with production teams on necessary parts.Other responsibilities assigned as needed.Required Skills And QualificationsAbility to work independently and in a team.Previous warehouse or parts experience; knowledge of trucks and equipment preferred.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.Ability to read and comprehend parts lists, manuals and drawings.High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to pass pre-employment tests.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability and openness to learn new software.Strong communication skills and mathematical abilities.Ability to safely operate forklifts and handle physical tasks.Self-motivated and eagerness to learn.Working ConditionsAvailability to work between 6:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with potential for additional hours.Work environment includes shops and outdoor areas with exposure to various elements.Must wear appropriate PPE.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs., with frequent lifting of heavier weights.Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing manual tasks for extended periods.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
