Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Director of Sales

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to support our industrial manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, and lead times
• Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately within internal systems
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Proactively communicate order status updates, delays, and resolutions to customers
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including the company’s top-tier customers
• Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and discrepancies with a solutions-oriented approach
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience supporting key or high-value accounts is strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
