Job Summary In‑person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation. Responsibilities Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of time) and compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and standards. Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings. Keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually. Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required. 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices. Must maintain production standards. Job experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement. Travel Requirements No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
