R&D Engineer

Radiance is seeking an R&D Engineer who will continue advancement of infrared phenomenology and techniques. The candidate will support infrared sensor data analysis functions through the development and improvement of techniques and procedures for the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of data from infrared sensors and other sensors as needed, as well as the development of missile and aircraft modeling and simulation capabilities that support physics-based signature estimation. The engineer in this position will work collaboratively with other engineers, scientists, and analysts to develop advanced intelligence analysis processes.Radiance Technologies is an employee-owned company with benefits that are unmatched by most companies in the Dayton OH area.
