Leola, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours

Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and figuring out how things work?

Blessings of Hope is looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities, equipment, and warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position where every day can look a little different. You'll work on equipment, buildings, and facility systems while helping prevent problems before they become breakdowns.

What you'll do:

• Perform preventative and general maintenance throughout our facilities 
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment 
• Maintain conveyor systems and material-handling equipment 
• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and building repairs 
• Inspect and repair doors, dock plates, racking, lighting, and other facility equipment 
• Identify potential problems and address them before they cause downtime 
• Maintain maintenance records and communicate repairs to the appropriate teams 

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on maintenance, mechanical, facilities, or related experience 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys learning 
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player 
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, hydraulics, carpentry, or industrial equipment is a plus 
• Valid driver's license 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely work around equipment 

You don't have to know everything. We're looking for someone with a solid maintenance foundation who is willing to learn and grow.
