Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a top client. This role is responsible for performing detailed accounting, reconciliation, and analytical duties to ensure attorney receivable accounts are accurately maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle detailed reconciliation work for supplier and attorney receivables
  • Track payments and resolve discrepancies
  • Record and maintain accurate A/R transactions
  • Use Excel to reconcile balances and fix variances
  • Support daily A/R operations and team needs
  • Assist with payment posting, deposits, and account updates

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of financial/accounting/AR experience
  • Strong Excel skills ( Excel test required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven reconciliation experience (A/R preferred)
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree required; preferably Finance/Accounting
