We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to perform In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. These evaluations will involve a thorough review of medication and medical history, along with a physical assessment in the comfort of the member’s home. This role allows NP contractors to earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while balancing other personal and clinical commitments. You will use a patient-specific form provided for each evaluation and will not be responsible for prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or changing current treatment plans.
