Responsibilities
- Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with clinical precision.
- Acquire and process diagnostic images; perform daily quality control and maintain radiopharmacy operations per NYSDOH guidelines.
- Deliver patient-centered care: explain procedures, ensure comfort, and maintain safety at all times.
- Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system; ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to implement new technologies and refine lab protocols.
- Uphold professional values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in daily practice.
- Conduct cardiac-related imaging workflows such as SPECT blood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis assessments, and hybrid studies when indicated.

Requirements
- Licenses and Certifications
- New York State Radiologic Technologist license (NYS Rad Tech License)
- NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
- CT certification required to perform CT scans
- BLS certification
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- At least 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program is preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT imaging
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance
- Strong data management skills and attention to detail
