Required Qualifications

Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology Experience: 2 years Licenses: RAD-NY Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Holidays: on call/callback/holidays per unit needs On Call: 2-3 call shifts per month - on call/callback/holidays per unit needs SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history Minimum 1 year experience in a children's hospital Minimum 1year recent experience in trauma 1 center Please include familiarity in pediatric fluoroscopy exams (UGI, VCUGs, Barium Enema, etc) and NICU portables in skills checklist & work history** Ability to report within 30 minutes to on call shift will be required
