Program Performance Management Analyst, Co-Op (Spring - Summer 2027)

Job Description:

Provides support to the Program Performance Management (PPM) organization in monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data. This position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in program controls, earned value management, schedule analysis, financial forecasting and data analytics. Works closely with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations and other functional organizations to help identify program performance trends, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of monthly Performance Management Reviews and data.
• Support Earned Value Management Systems activities.
• Assist with schedule analysis and data entry in Microsoft Project Server.
• Support manpower planning by analyzing planned versus actuals staffing requirements.
• Assist with data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with data validation and reconciliation.
• Participate in meetings to gain an understanding of program execution and performance management.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

Compensation Range: $21.89 - $24.32 per hour - Quincy, MA, Washington, DC $20.07 - $22.30 per hour - Cranston or Bristol, RI $18.24 - $20.27 per hour - Grayling, MI, Orlando, FL, or Syracuse, NY. Remote locations dependent on geographic differential.

Skills and Experience:

• Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to organize, analyze and present information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
