About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! As an RN at Kinzua, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, while also collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop targeted interventions
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve care outcomes and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
