Responsibilities The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless office operations, supporting leadership, and driving efficiency across administrative functions. This position requires a high level of organization, problem‑solving, and initiative to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Core Responsibilities Maintain meeting coordination to optimize leadership time and efficiency. Manage issues as they arise in an efficient and effective manner. Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and improving workflow efficiency. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism, meeting established deadlines. Upload check requests and petty cash in ReQlogic for processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions per process guidelines. Maintain custodian responsibilities for metro cards and petty cash, ensuring proper tracking, distribution, and reconciliation. Maintain organized records, confidential files, and documentation to support business operations. Close case records in accordance with organizational policies, maintaining proper documentation and compliance. Prepare records for auditing, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for review. Supervise receptionist staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices. Qualifications High School degree or GED 3+ years of administrative experience Strong time management and organizational skills Leadership and collaboration Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks Organizational skills Communication skills Technical proficiency Confidentiality and integrity Education Required High School / G.E.D.
