Business Operations Associate - Japanese Bilingual (Entry Level)

Work Arrangement: 100% On-site Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position Overview A growing real estate development and investment company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Business Operations Associate to support both office operations and real estate development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in building a career in real estate development, investment, and business operations. No prior real estate experience is required. The company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in a professional business environment. The role will provide exposure to real estate investment projects, market research, project coordination, and communication with business partners in both the U.S. and Japan. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and office support Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle incoming mail and packages Coordinate schedules, meetings, and business travel arrangements Prepare and organize business documents, reports, and presentations Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget-related administration Maintain office records, files, and company documentation Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers Assist with onboarding and support for visiting executives and business partners Assist with real estate development and investment projects Conduct market research and gather property-related information Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation and data Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentation materials Coordinate communications with headquarters, consultants, and external business partners Support site visits and project-related meetings Assist with special projects and business initiatives as assigned Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree required Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (spoken and written) Ability to read and write Japanese professionally, including business correspondence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Valid U.S. Driver's License Preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Internship, administrative, or office experience is a plus Interest in real estate, finance, investments, or business operations Experience working in a professional office environment is a plus Why Join This Opportunity?
