- Caring, patient, dependable, and professional
- Passionate about working with young children
- Able to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Comfortable assisting with meals, toileting/diapering, naps, transitions, and daily routines
- Able to support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
- Willing to participate in classroom activities, learning centers, art, music, movement, and play
- Able to communicate professionally with families and coworkers
Support nurturing care, sensory learning, language development, feeding, diapering, movement, and developmental milestones. Preschool Teachers/Aides – Ages 2–4
Support early literacy, numbers, shapes, colors, science, art, social skills, independence, classroom routines, and kindergarten readiness. Additional training such as Infant/Toddler, CPR/First Aid, ADA, Basic Health & Safety, CDA, or Maryland Child Care Credential is a plus. Applicants will be considered for positions based on their training, education, experience, and Maryland licensing requirements.
