Assistant Operations Manager

Mobile Truck Wash of Salt Lake City $1,000/week Mobile Truck Wash is a growing, family-owned business looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee our Salt Lake City operation. This position works closely with the owner to coordinate wash crews, manage schedules, visit client locations, maintain customer relationships, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate wash crews Communicate with employees and clients Handle call-outs and schedule changes Visit client locations and check work quality Help supervise and train employees Maintain strong client relationships Assist crews in the field when needed Help manage equipment, supplies, and daily operational needs Qualifications What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Weekend availability required Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather Able to lift equipment and supplies Able to safely climb ladders Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing people Strong communication and customer-service skills Truck washing experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Management, operations, fleet, pressure washing, construction, or similar experience is a plus Additional Information Pay & Benefits $1,000 per week Paid time off Paid holidays Paid sick days Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands Medical and other insurance benefits are not currently offered.
