Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking for a MidLevel Controller with more than nine years of accounting experience who can oversee multientity financial operations and support handson bookkeeping functions. The role includes establishing accounting policies, managing intercompany transfers, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple business lines such as residential, payroll, and solar project entities. The Controller will work closely with leadership, oversee one direct report, and maintain alignment across multiple operating entities.

Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of accounting experience.

Experience managing multientity accounting structures including intercompany transfers and contract/money flow between entities.

Have handson bookkeeping experience and the ability to guide daily accounting operations.

Must be confident in their role and operate effectively in a collaborative teamfocused culture.

Must have a bachelor's degree.

Experience with NetSuite accounting software.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in industries with multientity structures such as real estate.

Has experience supporting projectbased or entitybased operations such as solar, payroll, or residential services.
