We are growing our Denver office and are currently seeking a Search Consultant to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing in the Search Consultant Role: Manage a full desk recruiting legal support professionals and engaging with leadership at law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the full recruiting life cycle Make sales calls and successfully sell retained and contingent search accounts Build and maintain client relationships through our proven system and inquiry-based sales approach Recruit and interview attorney candidates and coach them through the hiring process Write presentation letters and conduct outreach to clients and candidates Qualifications and Areas That Apply to Your Strengths: At least three years of business-to-business sales experience ; or two or more years of recruiting experience (retail experience will not be considered) Strategic thinker who approaches each client and candidate interaction thoughtfully Holds themselves to high professional standards and is goal-oriented Strong active listening and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Strategic and Conceptual Selling experience/training Strongverbal and written communication skills Some of the Rewards of Working Here: Clear career advancement opportunities Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based incentives (Average yearly total compensation well into the six-figures) Develop exceptional sales, recruiting, and interviewing skills Downtown parking fee or ECO pass fee is covered 100% Disability and life insurance, plus matching IRA plan Generous paid time off and 12 paid holidays Work from home one day per week ; we believe that in-person teamwork best fosters collaboration and learning About Our Culture and Environment: The Advocates has earned the reputation of being the preeminent legal search firm nationwide.
