Position Overview

Stillwater Human Capital is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This position plays an important role in ensuring an efficient and positive recruiting experience by providing administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar Talent Acquisition support role, along with hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This individual must be a strong communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and providing excellent service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

This role will be a 6-month temp-to-perm with a client in Chantilly, VA. This position will be in-office for 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to recruiters, recruiting managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.

• Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, calendar management, interview details, and candidate follow-up.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting systems.

• Perform data entry and review recruiting documentation for completeness and accuracy while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders while providing a positive customer service experience.

• Assist with job postings, candidate pipeline activities, resume organization, and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.

• Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other Talent Acquisition documentation.

• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, special projects, and additional Talent Acquisition activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or in a comparable recruiting support role.

• Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate records, update recruiting activity, and support recruiting workflows.

• Strong computer and technology literacy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and applications.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a candidate-focused approach.

• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Stillwater considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
