Senior Accountant

As the company rolls out a new ERP platform (Sage Intacct), they're looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to play a key role in both the day-to-day accounting function and the transformation of the finance team. What You'll Do Own key areas of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations and supporting schedules. Analyze accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness across the general ledger. Assist with bank reconciliations, cash management, and accrual calculations. Play a hands-on role in the implementation, testing, validation, and optimization of Sage Intacct . Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes through automation and system enhancements. Help strengthen internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business initiatives and drive operational improvements. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Experience with ERP systems; implementation or system upgrade experience is highly valued. Sage Intacct experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in a professional services, consulting, engineering, IT services, staffing, or other project-based business is preferred. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. A proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys improving processes and working collaboratively.
