LOCATION
Irving, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $14.29–$15.31 per hour
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | W2

ROLE IMPACT
The Patient Access Representative supports a smooth patient experience by ensuring accurate registration, insurance verification, authorizations, and financial information. Success means providing professional service while maintaining complete, accurate, and confidential patient records and coordinating effectively with patients, clinical teams, insurance companies, and third-party payers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately register and schedule patients, including demographic, insurance, financial, guarantor, and encounter information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain required authorizations, and calculate and collect estimated patient financial responsibility and applicable prior balances.
• Complete financial assessments, explain required healthcare documentation, and obtain patient or legal guardian signatures.
• Provide professional customer service while coordinating with patients, families, physicians, nurses, insurance companies, and third-party payers.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow established procedures, and meet departmental quality, productivity, training, and workflow expectations.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred in patient access, patient registration, medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, insurance verification, or a similar healthcare administrative role.
• Must live within a 30-mile radius of Irving, TX.
