Job Description
Lakeside Manor is looking to hire a Supervisor to join our team. Lakeside Manor is an Assisted Living Facility that has up to 200 residents living on-site. We assist residents with all aspects of their day-to-day lives including but not limited to medication, housekeeping, Dr. appointments, and transportation as well as their Daily Living Skills and self upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Can take charge of a situation with a firm but gentle approach
- Ability to work at a fast pace to ensure resident needs are being met
- Supervise a team to ensure the proper protocol is being followed
- Follow up on situations to ensure they were handled properly
- Be responsible and dependable
Requirements:
- Prior supervisor experience
- Experience managing a team responsibly
- Ability to multitask
