Employment Attorney – Management-Side Labor & Employment
Chicago, IL
We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join a growing Management-Side Labor & Employment practice in Chicago, Illinois.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of substantial experience advising and representing employers in a broad range of employment matters, including employment litigation, counseling, and administrative proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive employment law advice and counsel to employer clients on a variety of workplace issues.
- Represent employers in proceedings before administrative agencies.
- Defend employers in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
- Develop practical, strategic solutions to help clients navigate complex employment law matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality legal service.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois law license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of substantial employment law experience.
- Demonstrated experience in employment litigation and employment advice and counseling.
- Experience representing management-side clients.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to client service.
- Labor law experience is a plus, but not required.
