Payroll Specialist Type: Full-Time Compensation: $27.00/hr – $31.00/hr Work Model: Hybrid with 3 days on-site required Overview We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing. This role supports payroll cycles, compliance, and employee inquiries in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Process payroll (weekly/biweekly/semi‑monthly) Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax reporting Handle employee payroll questions and maintain records Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies Support year‑end reporting (W‑2s, 1099s) What You Bring 2–5+ years of payroll experience Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, UKG, Paycom, etc.) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing
