HR Specialist: Training, Policy & Employee Development

US Navy

US Navy is seeking a candidate to assist in the administration of the NAF personnel program, focusing on personnel management across various functional areas. Responsibilities include monitoring implementation of personnel policy, overseeing the Employee Development Program, coordinating training, and providing guidance on personnel-related issues. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of human resource practices and the ability to analyze data for policy recommendations.
