Option Care Health, the nation’s largest home and alternate-site infusion provider, seeks an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to deliver safe, appropriate pharmacy services to patients in home care settings. You will coordinate with Nursing, monitor patient goals and educate patients, caregivers, staff and other professionals about medication use.
