A small, physician-led gastroenterology practice in northern Delaware is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing team. This is a rare 100% outpatient opportunity with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities , ideal for physicians seeking exceptional work–life balance without sacrificing earning potential.

• No hospital call – fully outpatient practice

• Office and endoscopy center conveniently located in the same building

• Approximately 80% ASC time / 20% clinic
\n
• Endoscopy cases typically completed by 4:00 PM

• Small, physician-owned group with only  three physician partners sharing ASC ownership
\n
• Excellent revenue split in the ambulatory surgery center
\n
• Partnership opportunity after  one year , with the option to buy into endoscopy centers and significantly increase income

\n General Requirements\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
\n
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
\n
• Eligible for or currently holding unrestricted medical licensure in Delaware (or ability to obtain)
\n
• DEA registration and controlled substance license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• Ability to obtain privileges at affiliated outpatient facilities and ambulatory surgery centers
\n
• Strong clinical skills in general gastroenterology; endoscopy experience required
\n
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
\n
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
\n
• Interest in long-term partnership and practice ownership

• Ability to work independently in a physician-led, autonomous practice environment
